The 2011 University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) Second Annual Charity Golf Classic.
WHO:
The Houston Alumni Chapter of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) hosted this charity event. The event was open to everyone. This year’s event included student golfers from HBCUs/PBIs, two of whom were sponsored by TMCF: one from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, TX, and one from Texas Southern University, Houston, TX.

WHY:
To raise funds for UAPB’s Lifeline Scholarship Fund. The Lifeline Scholarship Fund provides students in dire need of financial assistance with the opportunity to attend or stay in school at UAPB.
