CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

 

STUDENT

All students must be pre-approved by a TMCF staff member and your campus coordinator in order to attend the Leadership Institute. a) TMCF Sponsored Students  attending the Leadership Institute will pay a registration fee of $300.00. Students will receive an invoice via email after completing the registration process.  This fee will be covered by their college or university after the invoice is forwarded to their  Campus Coordinator


What Does This Include?

The $300.00 registration fee includes the following:

  • Roundtrip travel credit to NYC
  • Four (4) nights lodging at the Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast and three lunches)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Career Fair
  • NBA Welcome Reception Admission
  • A seat at the Anniversary Awards Dinner
b) University Sponsored Students attending the Leadership Institute will pay a registration fee of $1,000.00 .  Students will receive an invoice via email after completing the registration process.  This fee will be covered by their college or university after the invoice is forwarded to their  Campus Coordinator


What Does This Include?

The $1,000.00 registration fee includes the following:

  • Four (4) nights lodging at the Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast and three lunches)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Career Fair
  • NBA Welcome Reception Admission
  • A seat at the Anniversary Awards Dinner

c) TMCF Student Ambassadors, Corporate Sponsored Students and TQRP Fellows registration fee are covered under a corporate donation or grant.  Students should only register under one of these categories if they were pre-approved to do so.

a) Conference sponsor registration fees are included in the sponsorship package. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement to determine the details of your registration.

GENERAL ATTENDEES

 

Registration Categories


a) TMCF Member school chaperones, faculty and staff attending the Leadership Institute will be offered a discounted registration fee of $200.

The $200.00 registration fee includes the following:

  • Invitation to the Prestige Awards Reception
  • A seat at the Anniversary Awards Dinner

b) Career Fair Recruiter registration fees are included in the recruiter’s package.  Please refer to your recruiter agreement to determine the details of your registration. For information about the recruiter package and/or career fair click here


c) Conference speaker registration fee is waived as part of your speaker’s agreement.


What Does This Include?

The complimentary registration includes the following:

  • All meals and beverages the day you are speaking during the conference
  • Registration materials and conference bag

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
