WELCOME! On October 29th  – November 1st, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) is celebrating 23 years of developing minds and delivering dreams of students attending 47 member public Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and 6 historically black law schools. To mark the 23rd Anniversary of TMCF, a weekend is being planned which honors the traditions upon which the organization was established.  In addition, TMCF will pay respect to individuals who have been long time supporters and provide over 600 of the "Best of the Best" students with leadership and professional development training.
