OUTCOMES, BENCHMARKING AND EVALUATIONS Thurgood Marshall College Fund Evaluation and Measurement The Thurgood Marshall College Fund is committed to evaluating its programs. While passionate about our mission to educate students and prepare them for the workforce, we want to ensure that our approach to program delivery works. Thus, each program is evaluated by an independent evaluator to provide the management team with an objective outside assessment of the programmatic impact. In partnership with our donors, programs are designed with quantifiable outcome goals during the development stage. Once the program’s outcomes are defined, they are presented to the philanthropic partner for agreement.
