2013 Leadership Institute - Sponsorship Opportunities

Article Index

Nurture Professional Development

Students will gain valuable knowledge through interactive workshops with industry professionals on topics such as personal branding, career-building skills, financial literacy and international exposure.

Enhance Workplace Diversity

Show your commitment to workplace diversity while enhancing your corporate visibility.  The Leadership Institute is designed to prepare talented students for professional development opportunities and to connect with the best companies and agencies in their fields.

Showcase Your Company

Interact with students, faculty, speakers and other exhibitors and sponsors.  Becoming a sponsor is an exceptional way to generate awareness of your company and the services and products you offer.  Sponsors receive recognition and advertising surrounded the conference, including recognition on the official conference website.

Become an Exhibitor

The conference’s showcase is its Recruitment Fair where over 600 eager and passionate HBCU students seek internship and permanent employment opportunities with your company or agency.  It is a major component of the work the Talent Acquisition team does in order to create a pipeline of highly qualified students for employers.

Sponsorship levels vary, but each level brings with it increased visibility and greater recognition throughout the conference. In addition, not only do you get the benefit of a stronger partnership with TMCF, you will have face-to face access to a talented, well-educated group of future leaders. I hope that you will partner with TMCF and become a catalyst in creating the next generation of leaders – leaders, who one day, could change the community, city or nation in which you live, or the school where your child learns, or the profession that may one day save your life or the life of a loved one.
