Leadership Institute & Recruitment Fair - Conference Registration

STUDENTS

All students must be interviewed by a TMCF staff member and approved by a TMCF campus coordinator in order to attend the Leadership Institute & Recruitment Fair. All approved students receive an email confirmation in order to register for the conference.
 
REGISTRATION CATEGORIES


a) General Student Participant

General Student Participants attending the Leadership Institute are either sponsored by TMCF or the their respective university.  TMCF will work directly with the TMCF campus coordinator to determine the registration cost for each participating student.

What Does This Include?
The registration fee includes the following:

  • Round-trip travel credit to NYC
  • Four (4) nights lodging at the Hilton New York
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast, three lunches and dinner on Monday night)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Recruitment Fair
  • A seat at the Anniversary Awards Dinner

b)
 TMCF Student Ambassadors

TMCF Student Ambassadors are selected students on each member school campus who serve as positive, energetic, well-informed mentors and role models to their campus peers and the community-at-large in addition to promoting TMCF programs and services.

What Does This Include?
The registration includes the following:

  • Round-trip travel credit to NYC
  • Four (4) nights lodging at the Hilton New York
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast, three lunches and dinner on Monday night)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Recruitment Fair
  • A seat at the 25th Anniversary Awards Gala

c) TQRP Fellows

TMCF TQRP Fellows are current students or graduates of TMCF member-schools who have participated in the Teacher Quality & Retention Program.  Fellows must be approved to attend the Leadership Institute before registering.

What Does This Include?
The registration includes the following:

  • Round-trip travel credit to NYC
  • Four (4) nights lodging at the Hilton New York
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast, three lunches and dinner on Monday night)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Recruitment Fair
  • A seat at the 25th Anniversary Awards Gala

a)
 Conference sponsor registration fees are included in the sponsorship package. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement to determine the details of your registration. Any registration(s) outside of the sponsor agreement will be $500.00.

GENERAL ATTENDEES


Registration Categories


a)
 TMCF Member-school chaperones, administrators, faculty and staff attending the Leadership Institute will be offered a discounted registration fee of $200.

What Does This Include?


The $200.00 registration fee includes the following:
  • Meals during the conference (one breakfast, three lunches and one dinner)
  • Registration materials and conference bag
  • Access to all Workshop Sessions and the Recruitment Fair
  • A seat at the 25thAnniversary Awards Gala
b) Recruitment Fair Exhibitor registration fees are included in the recruitment fair participant package agreement.  Please refer to your agreement to determine the details of your registration. c)
 Conference speaker registration fee is waived as part of your speaker’s agreement.


What Does This Include?

The complimentary registration includes the following:
  • All meals the day you are speaking during the conference
  • Registration materials and conference bag

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
