ABOUT MUPI

 On March 18-21, 2012, Thurgood Marshall College Fund will host its Annual Member-Universities Professional Institute (MUPI), themed "Financial Empowerment: Ensuring the Financial Security of Your HBCU" at the Hilton Miami Downtown in Miami, FL. Presidents, chancellors, senior level finance administrators and financial aid directors of the 47 TMCF member-schools will participate in this three-day conference, sponsored by ING, specifically designed to help strengthen the financial future of HBCU’s.

Each year MUPI aims to provide professional development and training for key decision makers of America's public HBCUs through workshops, plenary sessions, and affiliation forums. This year, the focus of the conference is on financial empowerment and only open to TMCF member-school leaders and the senior level finance administrators.

INVITED PARTICIPANTS

Participation is limited to the following:
  • Member-School President or Chancellor
  • Law School Dean
  • TMCF Student Ambassador & Campus Coordinator
  • Key Decision Maker in the following areas:
    • Campus Finance
    • Endowments
    • Capital Campaigns
    • Financial Aid
