| Position: NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) seeks a national director of strategic partnerships with a deep commitment to innovative fundraising for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). The successful candidate must be an aggressive, experienced, professional with significant relationships that can generate major gifts and partnerships. The national director of strategic partnerships will report directly to the chief development officer. The successful candidate will be an individual with solid proposal writing skills, experience in developing major asks and strategic partnerships, understanding of major corporate philanthropic strategy, a deep commitment to the mission and goals of the organization, high energy, critical thinking skills, a good eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
